Starburst Stir Fry Recipe

This quick and easy recipe is super healthy and filling. It’s great for those on the go!

Ingredients: (serves 4)

  • Carrots
  • Red onion
  • Butternut squash
  • Red peppers
  • Bean sprouts
  • Green cabbage
  • Sweet chilli noodles
  • Chicken fillets – 400g
  • Any stir fry sauce
  • Water – 125ml
  • Olive oil – 2 tbs

Method:

  • Heat wok or large frying pan until really hot
  • Add olive oil and chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden
  • Add all vegetables and cook for a further 1-2 minutes
  • Pour in sauce and water
  • Continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes
  • Taste for seasoning, you may want to add some pepper
  • Serve with noodles
