Daisy Lowe’s guilt-free treats

English fashion model, Daisy Lowe, is about to share how she maintains her enviable figure with her new cookery book. The book, ‘Sweetness & Light’, is set to be released this July. It is inspired by her move to New York, where she tasted naturally sweet products, and by her recent intolerance to wheat and dairy. By making simple alterations to her favourite recipes, Daisy has made a collection of guilt-free treats which she describes as “devilishly delicious” yet “angelically healthy”. She swaps refined sugars for maple syrup and uses raw chocolate. When discussing her new book, Daisy says “I wanted to create a collection of recipes that ensure you can enjoy sweet things without harming your body”, “you’ll find recipes here to satisfy even the sweetest tooth. Many are gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free, some are vegan and other raw. Cook with love and make your body feel good.”

“My body feels so much healthier and it works better…I have more energy, I sleep better, I get sick less often. I am feeding myself, not starving or depriving myself of the sweet things I love. I wanted to share these recipes so you can do the same, and love yourself from the inside out.” – Daisy Lowe
