November Favourites

Hey Everyone! ❤

Today I’m sharing my favourite products I loved  throughout November!

1. Bourjouis’ Healthy mix foundation & Benefit’s Girl meets Pearl

This foundation is an old favourite which I rediscovered during November when I ran out of my YSL touche éclat… and I must say, I think I prefer this Bourjois one! It feels really light on my skin yet it gives really great coverage.

With Winter comes dry and dull looking skin, so I’ve been loving teaming Benefit’s Girl meets Pearl highlighter with my foundation to give my skin a dewy, bright appearance. It is a pearly pink toned highlighter which goes great with fairer skin in the Winter.

2. La Roche-Posay concealer pen-brush and Eco tools concealer brush

After seeing this concealer being raved about on Xposé I picked it up to give it a go! When applied with my eco tools brush, this product hides every imperfection and leaves my skin looking airbrushed! This concealer also really lightens and brightens my under-eyes.

3. Tom Ford – Shade & Illuminate and Shade & Illuminate brush

My holy grail for contouring and highlighting! These two products are quite pricey but well worth it. Also, I havent even hit pan yet and I’ve had it since March – a little bit goes a long way with these creamy contour and highlight shades. I’ve been using it a lot lately since my summer glow has faded unfortunately!! Here’s a video on how I like to do my contour and highlight. 🙂

4. Beautiful Brows & Benefit’s Brow zings

Obsessed with this Beautiful Brows palette! It comes with a powder shade to fill in your brows and a powder highlighter. Lately I’ve been defining my brow with Benefit’s Brow zings wax and filling in any sparse areas with the Beautiful Brows powder (this also sets the wax in place). I love the finish this gives when blended with a spooly.

5. Natural Collection Lip Balm, YSL makeup palette – The Black Edition, Shiseido Lipstick and Elizabeth Arden Lip Pencil

Lips, lips, lips!

Forget carmex and vaseline, this Natural Collection lip balm does absolute wonders for cracked and dry lips! It’s so nourishing, I’m obsessed! Applying this every night is the secret to smooth lips. ❤

This season I’ve been loving these two shades from a YSL palette, unfortunately I don’t think they exist separately from this makeup palette! One is a deep red shade and the other is a mauve/plum shade, both are matte and very buildable. Like most people, I’m a fan of trying out different and often darker colours in the colder months. This can take a toll on your lips, as highly pigmented, and especially matte, colours can be very drying. However these shades are creamy and not drying at all!

For every day makeup I love this light pink lipstick from Shiseido in the shade PK311. Like the YSL lip colours, this also has a creamy formula which is kind to my lips.

6. Eco Tools eyeshadow brushes

This duo is literally all you need to create almost any eye look! They are double-sided so they’re great for travelling and also for blending as you go! The bristles are so soft and the price point is fab!

7. Argan Oil Hair Treatment

Penneys Finest! Since bleaching the ends of my hair this has been a must for me! I apply it on damp hair and then blowdry my hair to seal the product into my hair follicles. It keeps my hair soft  and healthy in the cold, drying weather. I add extra for shine, and of course more moisture, when my hair is fully dry.

8. Vera Wang Princess perfume and body lotion

How gorgeous is this packaging! Loved this scent throughout November! A tip for keeping your perfume lasting longer is to use the matching body lotion. I also adore the ‘Princess’ body polish. ❤

9. H&M Nail Polish

Deep red nails are a staple for winter, love this polish in the shade Midnight Passion.

10. Tea Tree Witch Hazel Face Wash

This face wash is soooo calming and soothing on my sensitive skin. It has charcoal in it so lately I’ve been leaving it on my face for a minute (once I’ve lathered it up into a paste) to work its magic. It dries slightly into a mask and the charcoal pulls all the impurities out of my skin. My face is left feeling so soft! ❤
