Today I want to share this smoothie recipe with you! 🙂
Every morning I try to refuel my body with the best nutrients to re-balance itself, especially if I’ve indulged in treats the night or day before.
This smoothie is full of antioxidants, zinc, protein, calcium, magnesium, fiber….. basically all the minerals and vitamins we need!
Ingredients to serve 4:
- Half a cucumber
- Quarter of a medium pineapple
- A nugget of ginger
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 banana
- The juice of half a lemon
- Some berries, I used a frozen selection of mixed berries
- Water to blend
You may want to add more berries or a pure fruit juice to blend if you prefer sweeter smoothies 🙂
