First off, Warby Parker is a really cool company set up by a bunch of students who saw a gap in the market – designer eyewear at afforable prices. They succeeded, without comprimising quality or design.
“We believe that buying glasses should be easy and fun. It should leave you happy and good-looking, with money in your pocket.”
Warby Parker partners with non-profits like VisionSpring to ensure that for every pair of glasses sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need…. like I said, really cool company!
For the latest collection, ‘Metal Moment’, all that glitters is not gold — sometimes it’s other kinds of metal – and sometimes, it doesn’t so much “glitter” as “subtly gleam”. This is a much more elegant mode of shining when it comes to eyewear.
Metal frames are so in right now. They’re lightweight, sturdy, and produce just the right amount of sheen. It’s not too late to change-up your look for the New Year and reinvent yourself, these new frames will certainly help.
Here’s a glimpse at the beautiful, Metal Moment Collection.

My personal favourites, are the Blair frames and the Bennett sunglasses. I love the vibrantly coloured lenses of the Bennett glasses, I feel like they immediately stand out and change-up the whole look of an outfit. The matte black metal frame perfectly complements the beautiful tinted lenses.
The Blair frames are so in Vogue right now! Emily Ratajkowski (among many other celebrities) is constantly wearing her similar pair. I love how they round off under the lenses – so flattering, especially for ‘square’ face shapes.
I was inspired by these glasses to put together two outfit ideas to compliment each pair. ❤
